We are going to attempt to hold some of our meetings in our local parks, weather permitting. Looks like the heat wave will continue into next week so we will use the air-conditioned room at Koenig this month. The agenda will include discussion of the following potential projects:

-converting tennis courts at Koenig to pickleball courts (in conjunction with the city and the Parks Foundation). A survey will go out to the community to determine the level of interest in this idea

-assist the Bridal District in holding a Christmas Walk on Benson St - looking for volunteers to work on this with Debbie Peak of Reading Floral Boutique. We will most likely coordinate the luminary sale and decoration contest with this event.
