Looking forward to planting a cutting garden in the spring? Can’t wait until then to get your hands on some flowers? This month we’re going to learn the art of flower arranging with Debbie Peak at Reading Floral Boutique. Bring floral sheers and a container (about 7-8” tall and 4-5” in diameter).
